Week Five- Final Decision on Our Market Offering

Colour : RED

Stephanie Howard:
Meaning of red:
the colour red represents enrgy, passion, action
its energising and excited emotion.
can symbolise love
can describe food (maccas- lustful red draws you in)
can be blood
when researching this colour it covers a range of emotion from love to hate.
we chose this colour as it allows the viewers to decide on whatever emotion they feel when looking at it.

Flore:
Following from last weeks discussion we are making a market that takes you though many emotions in relation to colour. as a group we chose red. The colour red is multiple emotions, for example it is either seen as love or hate, which are completely different emotions. Personally I am really thrilled we have the colour red because someones emotion to the colour red is extremely different to someone else's feelings towards that colour and I am intrigued to know if the audience has a happy or sad emotional feeling towards red.
For our group market we chose origami crane making because it is more original in comparison to throwing darts at balloons filled with paint in them, (that has been done quiet a bit).

Ruth Johnson:
This is the origami paper crane idea we're going with as our market stall, we'll combine this with red, perhaps people can write/draw on their cranes? Use red paper for the cranes?
